During a recent rally in Yobe, the Vice Presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Senator Kashim Shettima, slammed Abubakar Atiku’s candidacy.
While slamming Atiku’s candidacy, Shettima said Atiku is not worthy of the Northeast vote, despite earlier serving as Vice President of Nigeria. Shettima claimed Atiku did not attract any projects to the region during their administration and ignored his own home.
Shettima asked people not to vote for Atiku and cited his lack of impact during his eight years as Vice President. He argued that Atiku did not finish eight projects or empower eight people during his time in office.

Furthermore, Shettima claimed that Atiku did not have good relationships with his associates and did not help them when they needed him.
He also noted that President Buhari was responsible for building the road that leads to Atiku’s hometown.
