The Presidential Election Petition Court has dismissed the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar’s application to allow for live telecast of the court proceedings.
At the tribunal sitting in Abuja today, the justice said the application by the PDP lacked merit.
