Canadian supermodel Winnie Harlow and NBA star Kyle Kuzma are engaged. Harlow shared the news on Instagram with the caption To eternity and the hashtag #shesaidyes.
The engagement took place in Turks and Caicos, where Kuzma surprised Harlow with a romantic proposal. He chartered a private jet decorated with roses, balloons, and champagne, making Harlow believe it was a Valentines Day celebration. He then read her a poem, ending with the words, Will you be my wife? before presenting an 8.5-carat oval-cut engagement ring.
The couple, who first vacationed in Turks and Caicos in 2022, celebrated with dinner and fireworks on the beach with their families, Vogue reports.
Harlow, known for breaking barriers in the fashion industry, was diagnosed with vitiligo at age four and overcame childhood bullying to become a top model. She gained fame on Americas Next Top Model in 2014 and made history as the first model with vitiligo to walk in the Victorias Secret Fashion Show. She also founded the Cay Skin skincare brand.
Kuzma, a forward for the Milwaukee Bucks, shared the engagement post on social media. The couples love story has captivated fans, with many congratulating them on their milestone.
