Polish ski jumpers have won silver medals at the Junior World Championships in Whistler, Canada.

The ski jumpers were only defeated by the Austrians while the Slovenian ski jumpers rounded out the podium.
The Polish team, which consisted of Marcin Wróbel, Klemens Joniak, Kacper Tomasik and Jan Habdas, started the competition well at HS104, leading the halfway point tied with the Austrians.
After three jumps, Wróbel, Joniak and Tomasik were in second place, but Habdas’ jump of 99m gave them the lead in the lead in the final series.
The gap to the third-placed Finns was then massive, at 29.3 points.
