For those that are determined to be successful in life, it doesn’t matter where life takes them to, they will always find a way to carve a niche for themselves.
For a 33-year-old Nigeria’s Damola Adamolekun, one’s root or background is no barrier in the ladder of success as he has written his name in Gold in history books.

To enable the restaurant adopt to the uncertain times imposed by COVID-19, Adamolekun equally initiated the inclusion of delivery and to-go orders which was viewed as unfitting to the brand before.
Data analysts firm Technomic stated that these improvements have indeed rubbed off on the company’s finances, as P.F. Chang’s China Bistro recorded a 31.7% increase in sales in 2021 compared to the year before.
Adamolekun is also a Partner at Paulson & Co., the principal owner of P.F. Chang’s, where he has played a vital role in the sourcing and subsequent management of several of the firm’s largest investments.
