UFC fighter, Israel Adesanya, has placed a $10,000 bet on Anthony Joshua to beat Daniel Dubois in his IBF heavyweight title fight.
The fight will take place on September 21, 2024, at the Wembley Stadium, England.
The mouth-watering all-British clash will see 96,000 fans create an electric atmosphere at the venue Joshua is well familiar with but a new territory for Dubois.
This will be Dubois’ first fight at the Wembley, adding to the pressure of his team, led by trainer Don Charles.
In a recent Instagram post, Adesanya posted a picture of the stake he placed on September 17, 2024, with caption, “Dubois, Daniel – Joshua, Anthony.”
He wrote: “ÒGÚN‼ This fight got beef…grab the #stake sauce.”
His bet revealed that he picked Joshua to win the fight between the 10th and 12th rounds, with an estimated payout of $50,000.
