Gas prices are expected to fall significantly this week in Brampton, Mississauga, Hamilton, and other southern Ontario cities.
This summer, the price at the pump has increased to around 170 cents per litre for regular the last few weeks.
In April, the price was around 155 cents but later rose to over 16-0 cents.
In early August, the price rose again to over 170 cents per litre and decreased in late August.

Now that the weather is cool in time for some autumn drives, the price is going down again.
According to GasWizard.ca, Gas prices are expected to drop from 170.9 cents per litre to 162.9 cents.
According to the website, Gas Wizard prices are forecasts based on over 30 years of energy industry knowledge from Dan McTeague, former Member of Parliament and current president of Canadians for Affordable Energy.
