An employee of a delivery service in Florida that was sacked after he refused to work a Sunday shift filed for an anti-discrimination case and won against his former employer.
According to The Christian Post’s report, Tampa Bay Delivery Service, an Amazon delivery service provider based in the Tampa Bay area, will pay the employee $50,000 in relief and effect some changes in its workplace environment to settle the lawsuit.
