The arrest of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has been confirmed by British High Commission.
It should be recalled that Minister of Justice and Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami did not disclose where Kanu was arrested while announcing Kanu’s arrest.

However, the spokesperson of the British High Commission, Dean Hurlock, has also confirmed Kanu’s arrest. He confirmed the arrest while speaking to TheCable but he made it known that Kanu was not arrested in the UK where he is based.
