According to a forecast, Central and southern Ontario and part of western Quebec will encounter another day of sweltering weather.
Environment Canada’s heat forecast says daytime highs will hit 30 to 35 degrees Celsius, with the humidex making it feel closer to 40.
Though the daytime hours will be steamy, there may be some relief overnight.
The agency revealed the lows could vary between 18 to 23 Celsius.
Meanwhile, any gain from the roughly 10-degree difference could be lost when factoring in humidex values of between 26 and 30.
Also, air quality deterioration can be a factor triggering the heat, so remember to check in with loved ones to ensure they are fine.
